Immunoprofiling

Immunoprofiling

In addition to the general health examination, immunoprofiling is a well testing item to assess the possibility of disease, including cancer or other immune related disease.

FHB has constructed a well-established platform for immune function analysis based on accumulating researches. FHB is able to analysis more than 1700 cell types with over 500 monoclonal antibodies and advanced flow cytometry, which can provide an accurate overall analysis of human's immune system.

FHB provides 4 kinds of immunoprofiling:

  1. Protective immune cells: monocyte, T lymphocyte, B lymphocyte, natural killer cells and dendritic cells.
  2. Regulatory immune cells: regulatory T cells, regulatory NK cells, regulatory NKT cells and MDSC.
  3. Immune checkpoint profiles: immune checkpoints are including PD-1, PD-L1 and CTLA-4.
  4. The profiles of cytokines and antibodies: IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 and TNF-α.

The summarized results of immune cell profiles and cytokine profiles can be an accurate and user-friendly index for immune system. The index can apply to primary screening, cancer screening, autoimmunity screening and advanced screening.

A. Primary screening: healthy populations vs. non-healthy populations

B. Cancer screening: different cancer types and severity

C. Autoimmunity screening: different autoimmune diseases and severity

D. Advanced screening: overall healthy evaluation

1-1 Cancer Immunoprofiling

In order to provide the index of cancer immunity for the patients with cancer possibility. FHB proposes three kinds of screening for the comparative analysis, which including primary screening, cancer screening or advanced screening.

1-2 Auto-Immunoprofiling

Based on FHB's empirical studies, the pathology of autoimmune disease is the imbalance of immune regulation. The absence of regulatory immune cells cause the hyperactive of autoimmune cells which leads to autoimmune disease. For the patients with autoimmune disease, FHB's particular screenings can provide a comparative analysis of meaningful immune cell profiles.

1-3 Risk Assessment of Abortion

Not merely the pressure from work place and family, but the rising reproductive age results in infertility or the high risk of abortion. In order to decrease the possibility of abortion, FHB utilizes special in-vitro analysis based on the accumulating researches. The contents are listed as below:

Item Content
Risk Assessment of Abortion NKpreg
TNF-α
NK

FHB suggests the stability of embryo in early pregnancy can be assessed by the number of NKpreg and the concentration of THFα. In addition, with the combination of NK cells cytotoxicity evaluation, FHB is able to provide the stability of birth for pregnant woman in the early stage.
